Open Question: How much would a vacation from sydney to greece cost?

I'm planning to go to greece once i'm 18 and i was wondering about roughly how much it would cost for a savings goal. It's a few years away but i wanted to know how much i should aim to save overall. It would be sydney to athens and return by flight and maybe a ferry to one of the islands to stay for a few days. I would go for about 14 days. I don't know how much food, taxis, activities would cost but i'd like to go to the beach a lot. I have family there but very distant (mum's cousin's children). I'm not really sure how much accommodation would cost. I would just want to know how much an average 1 bed room would be. It would be halfway through july when i'd leave if that helps. Thanks....
